TECH INCLUSION PROJECT

A youth led organization aiming to diversify the tech industry.

What we offer:

At Tech Inclusion Project, we recognize the ongoing lack of diversity in the tech field. Our goal is to make coding lessons, resources, and opportunities available to all students to bridge the demographic gap.

Coding Workshops

Tech Inclusion Project offers free  coding workshops for New York City schools. Our lessons introduce coding in an engaging way to get more students interested in this growing field of study.

Hear from our past coding workshop participants from the Baccalaureate School for Global Education.

For the founders, attending an all-girls school that encourages computer science has allowed them to grow as coders in a motivating environment. But only two blocks away, there are underprivileged schools with predominantly minority student bodies where computer science is not encouraged, nor even offered. To combat this, Tamanna and Sasha created the Tech Inclusion Project, an organization that aspires to create a cooperative space where students support each other as they grow and become leaders.
